Unless otherwise announced, all meetings are held in the Board room at the FASB offices and are video or audio webcast on the FASB website. If you have any questions, contact the FASB at 203 847-0700.

Scheduled Meetings
April 28
FASB Board Meeting, 10:00 a.m. EDT
  1. FASB agenda prioritization. The Board will discuss whether to add one or more of the following potential projects to the FASB or Emerging Issues Task Force agenda:
    1. Disclosure about carbon content in fossil fuel reserves
    2. Expanding the scope of the recently issued Update 2014-01 on low income housing tax credit investments to other tax credit investments
    3. Customer’s accounting for fees in a cloud computing arrangement
    4. Various presentation issues in the statement of cash flows
    5. Emerging practice issue related to revenue presentation in transactions that involve intangible products or services, including virtual distributors.
  2. Open discussion. If necessary, the Board will discuss minor issues on technical projects or administrative matters.

Meeting of the Private Company Council (PCC), 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. EDT

Council members and FASB members will meet to discuss the following topics:
  1. Issue No. 13-01A, "Accounting for Identifiable Intangible Assets in a Business Combination"
  2. Selected FASB projects
  3. PCC agenda direction.

Private Company Accounting Issues Town Hall Meeting,
8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. PDT

The FASB and the Private Company Council (PCC) will host a private company town hall meeting to provide private company stakeholders with the opportunity to discuss private company accounting issues on current and future agenda topics of both the FASB and the PCC.

Individuals interested in participating should register by April 18, using the following link. Participation is limited. Registrants will be notified by April 23 whether they have been selected to participate.
