Teri L. List-Stoll
Board of Trustees
Ms. List-Stoll joined the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) Board of Trustees in January 2013. She chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Kraft in 2013, Ms. List-Stoll was senior vice president and treasurer of P&G, where she led the global treasury, acquisition & divestiture, investor relations, and external business development organizations. She joined P&G in 1994 as a director of corporate accounting and worked extensively in the company’s corporate finance and accounting areas, as well as operating finance roles. Prior to joining P&G, she was with Deloitte & Touche, both at the firm’s national office and with various multinational clients. She also served for two years as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Ms. List-Stoll serves on the board of directors of Microsoft, as well as on the board and audit committee of Danaher Corporation. She is the past chair of Financial Executives International’s (FEI) committee on corporate treasury and Institute of Management Accountants’ (IMA) Financial Reporting Committee.
She also has been active locally, serving as a trustee of Greater Cincinnati Foundation, P&G Fund, and Summit Country Day. She has been involved with the Corporate Women’s Executive Forum, United Way Women’s Leadership Council, Cincinnati Museum Center Investment Committee, the United Way Strategic Development Cabinet, and Impact 100. She also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. List-Stoll received her B.A. in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is married with two daughters and five stepdaughters.
