| Comment Submission Form This Internet comment form is provided for the purpose of helping the users of governmental financial information-including citizens, taxpayers, elected representatives, and municipal analysts-to submit comments in response to a Plain-Language Supplement (PLS) issued by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The PLS and the Invitation to Comment (ITC) it accompanies, can be downloaded free by clicking on the following link: Pension Accounting and Financial Reporting. You are encouraged to read the PLS and the ITC prior to submitting your comments through this form. This form is organized as a questionnaire, presenting the questions posed in the PLS. You are encouraged, but not required, to respond to all of the questions. The final page of the form provides space for submitting your comments on any aspect of the GASB's proposal. To begin entering your comments, create a user name and password in the sign in box located to the right. This will allow you to access the survey, save your comments as you are entering them, as well as return later to complete your comments. The first page of the form requests basic contact information; subsequent pages contain the questions from the PLS.
